Here's a positive, uplifting article... The Daily Mississippian - Home schooling on the rise:
'I think the biggest thing is the home school has grown over the years, and most people now have some familiarity with people who home school,' Derrick said. 'It is something that the family down the street does, and they have met these people and it is among their options. Where 10, 20 years ago it wasn't an option.'
Yes, word gets around and when it does a lot of parents decide to take charge of the education of their children. The more the better. I find myself having to prepare my children to deal with the kinds of people trained in our schools government indoctrination centers (might as well call them what they are). I can't even say they're being educated. They're being trained to prepare them for military and workforce jobs.
