Greg Palast is concerned that the No Child Left Behind Act is intended to sift the less intelligent kids out of the mix, intentionally leaving them behind rather than helping them. So he wrote this article, The New Educational Eugenics in George Bush's State of the Union, and he sounds pretty angry. Palast has an large journalist's website ... I plan to go back and poke around a bit after I post this where you can find it.
