I just found out my son has been
lucid dreaming. I'm surprised. I've been wanting to do that for a long time now. I've had one or two lucid dreams. That's all. My son remembers lots of them. I found out because he was telling his sister and she said, "So what happens when you wake up in your dreams?" He said, "You can do anything you want."
That's a blessing. My son had his first deja vu during his sister's birthday party last Sunday. Deja vu from dreams are proof there's a world beyond this one. I've studied lots about dreaming and last year was reading
Lucid Dreaming by Stephen Le Berge. That's how 'into it' I am. But I didn't know Aaron is the local expert until tonight.
I had this on my homepage last year:

Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming
Here's yet another book I'm keeping at my bedside to read before I sleep. I'm finally keeping a dream journal again. I find that my dream recall improves when I read a few pages from a dream book before sleeping. I have a bedside dream journal-book to write in as soon as I wake up, and a dream weblog -
Diary of a Dreamer. I'm really dedicated to exploring the nightly inner world, and would love to do some lucid dreaming.

I haven't written in my dream blog in months... I guess I kind of gave up on that project... after only one lucid dream in months of trying to induce them. I still write in the dream journal when I remember vivid dreams.
