I haven't written anything here in over a week? That's what depression will do to a person, you know? I'm feeling better now... all my depressions are situational and .. well, the situation is easing its stresses on me. Aaron is doing just fine. He's been working on his bikes a lot lately, and gave me a lot of information on how they are built and where all the parts of his new bikes came from.
We're still studying the Mid-Atlantic states, and I've decided to move north into New England. This is a great time for studying the Revolutionary War along with all the other history in those states. I'm now reading
Mr. Revere and I to him and we just love it. This is the story of the war told from the perspective of Paul Revere's horse. We're also learning to sing genuine Revolutionary War songs. The current song is
The Dying Redcoat. I play the guitar to accompany the song and he is doing percussion.
I finished the Saxon math placement tests and I'm looking for their Math 54 books on eBay. So far I haven't won an auction for that, but the time is coming... meanwhile we're using worksheets from the internet to fill in the holes in his math education. Anything he missed on the placement tests will be covered.
I'd like to get back to daily reports, but sometimes feel like taking down all my weblogs instead. If you find it missing one of these days, you'll know it was intentional.
